What you share

When you request a studio audit, we ask for your studio name, website or Instagram, city or region, target project budget and WhatsApp number. Work email is optional. Please share only the details needed to discuss your studio.

How we use it

We use these details to assess your request, review your studio and respond about an audit or our services. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to an automated marketing newsletter.

Where your details go

The form sends your details through FormSubmit to [email protected]. The site does not transmit the form until you submit it. If you choose the WhatsApp option, WhatsApp opens with a draft containing your studio, website, city and target project budget. You choose whether to send that message.

The website uses Google Fonts. Loading these fonts connects your browser to Google’s servers. The hosting service and these external services may process technical details such as IP address and browser information under their own policies.

Tracking and storage

This website build includes no advertising pixels or analytics tags. We keep enquiry correspondence in the services used to receive and respond to it. Details are not saved to a public website database. Hosting logs and external service storage are managed by their respective providers.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your enquiry details, correct them or request deletion of correspondence we hold, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information.

Portfolio links, WhatsApp and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice describes Webomancy’s website and enquiry flow, not those services.
